Paris: Jouvet et Cie, 1882. First edition . Hardcover. 268 pages illustrated with 53 woodcuts. Library binding of contemporay black pebbled cloth with boarder on the covers stamped in blind, lettering and illustration and design on the spine and front cover in gilt. Small library stamp on the title page. No other library markings, plates or pockets were ever present. Marbled endpapers. Ribbon place marker. Mild rubbing along the spine. A very good plus, handsome copy.
