Contains: Supplementary Estimate of New Works (Kingston, Halifax Citadel); Estimate on Repair to Rideau Canal 1832; account of progress made in the works for the improvement of the water communication between Montreal and Kingston signed by R. Byham. Last two pages duplicates.
