Description:
New York: The World Publishing Company, 1969. First printing (stated). Hardcover. Fair. 5 5/8 x 8 1/2. 5H. Sewn binding in paper-covered boards. A very beat-up copy. Binding is firm and aside from a name inked on front flyleaf, there only a few ink marks. However, there are significant stains to top edge; scuffs on the boards where tape was removed (likely ex-library), portions of jacket flaps cello-taped on front endpapers, large spots of adhesive residue on back endpapers; moderate spine-lean; bumping to edges and corners; small tear crown of spine; light stain on fore-edge and a few pages.
