Printed blue issue wrappers in wrapaound acetate sleeve as acquired, clean and unworn bar slight fore-edge and bottom rubbing where it extends beyond textblock. 14 pp.+ 26, mostly large, unfolding maps and diagrams (but no. 4 follows p.4), 12 photos on 5 leaves ex-pagination, numbering for these begins at 7., presumably this reprint was repaginated from 1 and no.'s 1-6 were in earlier papers), only fault is slight staple rusting on p.1. This deals with natural, not military, defences against sea incursions, flooding and and erosion. 16 cm x 21 cm
