In the three-color dust jacket illustrated by Joshua Charles Armitage, who worked under the pen name Ionicus. Price of 16/- net intact on front flap. A foreign correspondent redeems his drink-sotted career by investigating the utter absence of juvenile delinquency on the island of Kennex and uncovers a sinister conspiracy that threatens his life.
