no place: no publisher, 1932. Hardcover. Very good+. Gilt stamped black leather boards, octavo, 542pp., sparsely illustrated in b&w. Book has wear to edges of boards and spine, moderate rubbing to spine but gilt titles still bright, binding tight, with reinforced inner hinges, text clean and unmarked but toned throughout, with some charts that fold out just a little.
