One hundred and seventy-eight issues of the newsletter published in exile after the German occupation of Norway, generally 4 to 5 pages per issue; earlier issues 8.5x14 inches, changing to 8.5x11 inches with volume 2. Some uneven toning or edgewear to particular issues, but generally very good. Issues present are: Vol. 1 nos. 37-48; vol. 2 nos. 1-27, 29-51; vol. 3 nos. 1-5, 7-16, 18-22, 24, 26-31, 33-51; vol. 4 nos. 1, 3-18, 20-23, 25-32, 36, 37, 39, 42-51 (no. 8 misnumbered 7); vol. 5 nos. 1-6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15-23, 25-32, 34. Updates on the German occupation, resistance by the church, underground press, dissatisfaction with the Quisling regime, heroics by Norwegians fighting with the Allied forces, and, after the war, trials of Nazi collaborators.
