Wheeling, WV: Wheeling News Litho. Co, 1913. Hardcover. Very good. Gilt stamped blue cloth boards, octavo, 491pp., frontispiece in b&w, otherwise not illustrated. Book has mild rubbing and soil to boards and spine, binding tight, front endpapers have stain to bottom corner, text clean and unmarked but toned throughout, faint soil to edges of block.
