An ex lending library copy with usual markings, including spine label, remains of lending sheet on front free endpaper, bookplate and withdrawn stamp on front paste down and pencilled accession number on copyright page. A detailed and granular study of the taxation regime in the state of Michigan in the late 1970s, with sections on Income Distribution; Property Tax; Local Income Taxes; Consumption and other Taxes; Public Expenditure; Allocation of Expenditure to Eduction, Health, Highways etc.
