Tan paper over boards with brown overlay on the spine with bright gilt lettering on the spine. 180 pp 8vo. The is the story of a young woman blind at birth who acquired a chocolate Labrador Retriever as a Guide Dog how they bonded and the dog gave her an independence she never had before. She eventually had a surgery at age 28 which restored her site, got married, had a child and kept Emma as her companion. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.
