Slightly ex-New York State Library with their faint rubber-stamp to upper cover, stock a bit toned and very slightly foxed, tiny loss at bottom fore-edge corner of rear two leaves not approaching text, else Good to Very Good overall.
Former abolitionist legislator's polemic opposing a report on proposed state improvements to Cape Cod Harbor, concluding that "It is quite time that a stop should be put to squandering the hard-earned money of the people under the influence of clamor, of clap-trap, of hallucinations, of /log-rolling/" (p. 15). New York Historical and AAS only in OCLC as of August, 2020.
