Manchester Great Britain: Sherratt & Hughes, 1902. First Edition . Buckram. Near very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. 1st edition. 181 pages. This is a presentation copy to A. Sheridan Delépine and it bears an inscription to this effect on the front end paper. There is also Delépine's bookplate on the front pastedown. The front and rear end papers are rather browned and have a few faded old Sellotape marks. There are 7 good whole page plates, one of which has a 2 inch tear in it which has been previously repaired with old Sellotape. In original attractive stone coloured buckram decorative gilt hard cover binding - top corner bumped. Near Very Good. In transparent removable Polycon dust wrapper. A very scarce and pleasing item. WILL REQUIRE EXTRA POSTAGE OUTSIDE UK.
