At the time this book was written, Orfield was an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School as well as a representative for Minneapolis in the state legislature. He later served in the state senate before retiring from politics. He has continued to write on this topic, researching regional governance issues in metropolitan areas across America. You can place credit card orders through Biblio, or we will ship upon receipt of payment by check or money order. Sales tax is collected by Biblio and remitted directly to your state, where applicable.
