Dust jacket: Front cover has a tear to upper corner and clight creasing, slight fading to edges of rear cover. Unclipped. Preserved in a removable jacket protector. Overall jacket condition is Good Plus. Book: Blue cloth binding. Excellent condition throughout. Inscribed and signed by Phyllis Pearsall to front free endpaper: 'For Darling Neil from his cherished intrepid sister (?), bless you, Phyllis (Pearsall, Mrs. A-Z), 7/10/90'. Also included is a paperback edition of Sarah Hartley's biography of Pearsall, 'Mrs. P's Journey' (unread copy with light browning to pages), plus a new and sealed facsimile of the 1938 London A-Z Atlas and Guide. Autobiography of the creator of the London A-Z street atlas, first printed in 1936 after Pearsall personally walked 3000 miles checking all 23,000 of the cities streets.
