The first edition, first impression of the second collection of articles from Vita-Sackville West's gardening column in the Observer. First edition, first impression of In Your Garden Again by Vita Sackville-West in the original publisher's binding and unclipped dust wrapper. The second collection of articles from The Observer between February 1951 and March 1955 from Sackville-West's weekly gardening column.With eight monochrome plates. Collated, complete. Vita Sackville-West was a successful novelist, poet and journalist of the twentieth century. She is best known for being the inspiration for Orlando by Virginia Woolf. She was also a garden designer, and she wrote this column for The Observer between 1946 and 1961. Prior owner's ink and pencil markings and notes which appear occasionally throughout the text. In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. The dust wrapper has some slight wear to the extremities, particularly to where it sits on the head of the spine. The binding has some light bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with prior owner's ink and pencil markings and notes which appear occasionally throughout the text.  Fine
