WWI promotional poster reprint of Sailor with USS Michigan cap tally, Boatswain's Mate 1st Class insignia on R sleeve (1905-13) and Michigan in the background. The ship was commissioned to fleet in 4 January 1910, decommissioned February 1923 and sold for scrap the following year. Per the Congressional Edition for 1913, Seamen 3rd class 17.60 monthly [16.00 in 1909-11; 17.00 in 1912; 10, 17 or 24 in 1914; 24.00 in 1916] and Boatwain's Mate 1st Class 77.50.
