Bristol: Scorpion Press, 1991. Limited 1st Printing. Quarter Leather. Very Good+/Very Good+. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 1991 First Edition. Limited Edition Signed by the Author. Size octavo, 9.25" tall, 286 pages. Marbled paper covered boards over maroon calf spine section with gilt titles to the spine, top page edge dyed maroon, maroon paste-downs and end-papers. With the acetate dust jacket as issued. Book condition very good plus to near fine, the maroon on the top page edge has faded, pages are toned otherwise clean throughout. Dust jacket condition very good plus, 3 small splits in the acetate at the folds. This run was printed using the pages from the first edition in a special binding. The Limitation statement reads; "This First Edition of The Year of the Scorpion is one of 75 numbered copies in a special binding and signed by the author" Number 63.
