London: Faber & Faber, 1932. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. First British edition. 320pp. Red cloth with navy lettering. Near Fine in Good only dust jacket, unclipped, with chipping to head and tail, faint crease to spine, two pieces of tape on verso, rubbed along edges, foxed, and a little soiled. Cloth on back board a bit unevenly toned, edges a bit dust-soiled. Boyle's second published novel; the British edition is rarely found in dust jacket.
