About This Item

Petoskey: Mitchell Street Press. Near Fine. 2015. First Edition. Hardcover. 0988501155 . "Stewert James either wrote or edited the wonderful stories in this collection while sitting at the 32-foot solid-mahogany bar at City Park Grill, one of Petoskey's oldest buildings." This is an interesting book by a Michigan author influenced by Hemingway, who also frequented the City Park Grill. Original publisher's glossy pictorial covers. There is a slight indentation to the edge of the rear panel, else this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. It was not issued with a dust jacket. No indication of the edition: it is presumed to be a first edition. ; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 125 pages .
