USA: Blacks Readers Service, 1952 Very attractive set of six: the Works of Doyle (Arthur Conan), Hawthorne, Byron, Boswell, Harte and Dostoyevsky in good to very good volumes in scarlet with gold lettering, black spine lozenge and attractive art nouveau style device in gold on spine. Light text toning, spines slightly sunned, no writing or marks, circa 1952 lightly bumped corners. There is a small splash on front board of Works of Bret Harte
