Hardcover. thick sm4to, 24.5cm, iv,665p., engraved frontis portrait, printed in double columns, in contemporary full dark green boards, gilt decorated raised bands, gilt decorated corner and borers in the panels, gilt titles, elaborated gilt decorated borders on the boards, gilt inner dentelles, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt, bevelled boards, very good to fine attractively bound (Lt). The frontis portrait, from a photograph, was engraved by William H. Mote. With the poet's original dedication poem to Queen Victoria of 1851.
