About This Item
[N. p., n. p.], 1792. 8vo, pp. 15 [16 blank], disbound; some leaves detached. Combe (1742 - 1823) wrote this work when he was a part of Pitt's ministry, charged with the task of writing favourable commentaries on government activities. There were several editions of this work in 1792, and this one, without place of publication or publisher, is possibly a Scottish piracy.
