Delaware: Bulfinch Press/Little, Brown and Co., 1998. Paperback. Very Good +/fine. A splendid look at the wondrous strange paintings of four great artists--Howard Pyle, N.C. Wyeth, Andrew Wyeth, and James Wyeth--published in conjunction with a major traveling exhibition, running from June 1998 through February 1999, organized by the Delaware Art Museum and Farnsworth Art Museum. Contains 123 color, and 3 b/w illustrations. Foreword by David Michaels, Introduction by Susan C. Larsen, with essays by Stephen T. Bruni, Betsy James Wyeth, Theodore F. Wolff, and Christopher Crosman. 10.25"x 11.25"; 168 pages. Very small remainder mark to bottom edge of text block, reducing the grade from Fine to VG+. The book itself, bound in red cloth and titled in gilt, with deep blue endpapers, is absoulutely Fine with the exception of a very tiny bump at the top edge of the front board.
