London: Jonathan Cape Ltd., 1966. Ex-library with only some of the associated hallmarks. Black speckled cloth on boards with gilt titles over red label. Old tape residue to head & bottom boards margins.Thin rubbing to head & foot of spine. Soft rubbing to extremeties. Edges: top edge once red now faded to rubbed pink; moderate foxing and dusting of soiling. Just the odd page with a couple of tiny foxing to margins. B/w illustrations. Binding is VG albeit a touch loose. 400p Dj: moderate sunning to spine. Mild rubbing, soiling and scratches. Head & foot of spine with thin wear, creasing and chips. Head & foot of flaps spine with thin wear & chips. Small price-cut to all fore corners.. First Edition. Hb. VG/VG. Ex-Library.
