London: Hamish Hamilton, 1983. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. First UK printing. Illustrations by John Lawrence. Olive green cloth with gilt titles to the spine, Sunned at the backstrip and along the edges of the covers, lightly toned block. Pushed at the tail but the corners are sharp and the book fairly tight and square. Free from owner names etc, a nice clean copy, VG. The dustjacket is price-clipped and rubbed at the corners. Slightly colour-faded at spine, a few little scrapes to the laminate along the top edge. VG dustjacket.
