Decorative endpapers, decorative blue page borders. Near fine. A superb, bright and tight and fresh later printing (19th - 30th thousand) of this collection of old and new writings about luck, entirely in German, cryptically "edited by L." Undated, but circa 1900. Curiously, the publisher's name and city appear on a tipped-in title page strip, though the original Berlin publisher, Druck der Vaterlandischen Verlags=Unstalt, appears on a rear inner flyleaf.
