Very Good. sm 4to. profusely illustrated Very Scarce; one of the edition of 500 copies bound in artificial black fur of the catalogue for the group show held at the Museum of Contemporary Art Sydney 16 February - 23 May 1993; the theme for the exhibition was ways in which humour, wit, irony, etc may inform contemporary visual culure; the project was seen from the beginning as both an art show and a book (being the current catalogue); curated by Kay Campbell, edited by Pamela Hansford; artists include Hany Armanious, Philip Brophy, Janet Burchill, Aleks Danko, Dale Frank, Tim Johnson, Maria Kozic, Robert MacPherson, Ari Purhonen, Peter Tyndall, Jenny Watson; colour and b&w plate illustrations throughout; Very Good throughout (mild curling of wraps at corners); black fur fulsome and shaggy with no bald patches.
