New York and Bombay: Longmans, Green, And Co, 1901. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. 4to, xv + pp167 plus photogravure frontispiece after a drawing by Sir John E. Millais, 8 further photogravure plates, 2 coloured plates and 50 b/w illustrations. Half vellum binding over light blue paper covered boards in good condition with some discolouration and marking to gilt titled spine and a few marks to boards with a little rubbing to edges. Inside previous owners signatures to ffe paper, all other pages with top edge gilt in very good clean condition.
