DJ and boards show light shelf wear, DJ has light chipping, creasing sun-faded on spine. ; A tight solid book, dustjacket in Mylar, unclipped.; B&W Illustrations; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 312 pages; In 1959, 12 year old Lynne Harper was raped and murdered and 14 year Steven Truscott was arrested, tried and convicted, then sentenced to hang and this sentence commuted to life 4 montha later. There has been a lot of controversy about the case - causing a quiet release of Truscott from prison to live under an assumed identity. Trent has attempted with Truscott to bring new light to the case hoping to clear Steven's name. August 28, 2007 the appeals court of Ontario ruled that their had been a gross injustice done and Truscott was cleared of all charges. .
