Inscribed and signed on the dedication page (to an Omaha architect and his wife), otherwise unmarked. Slight roll to the heel, otherwise fine; the dust wrapper has a trace of wear at the same point, with no other flaws. Not price-clipped. The title band is present and fine. A clean, tight copy, with the jacket and band now in mylar. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
