Macmillan, 1942. First Printing Advance Copy. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good Minus. Helen Sewell. Very Nice Stated First Printing with "ADVANCE COPY NOT FOR SALE" Stamp on the copyright page. Classic Hardback with Dust Jacket from 1942. Hardback book has a tight binding and clean crisp pages, does not appear to have had much, if any, use. Wonderful Illustrations! Outside cloth covers are nice with some minor corner and edge wear. Dust Jacket is NOT price clipped ($2.00). Dust Jacket is in Very Good Minus condition with some soiling, along with some edge chipping and some small pieces missing from the edges at the top and bottom of the edges primarily to the top of the back cover. Dust Jacket is now covered by a new clear mylar cover. Wonderful Illustrations by Helen Sewell! Great Classic from the World War II timeframe.
