New York: Macmillan, 1956.. 8vo. 318 pp. Very good in blue cloth with good price-clipped dust jacket. Bottom quarter and inch-long center section of dust jacket spine missing. Dust jacket edge-frayed with some light soiling. Cover corners slightly bumped, with three faded spots on spine. Author's inscription dates 1956. Another dedication by previous owner in pen underneath.
