About This Item
This is a beautiful book. Solidly bound. Clean and tight. The book is 2 inches in thickness. It is loaded with coloured maps and illustrations. Both Coloured and B & W illustrations. There are 879 pages followed by 38 pages of appendix and index. Minor wear to the corners as you would expect from such a heavy book. I will pay the additional shipping to Continental North America but other shipping destinations will incur an extra charge.
