Paperback. 84p., softbound, semi-coated paperstock with vignette portrait and site photos, stapled and paste-fastened into 8x5 inch plain printed buff wraps. Next to last leaf has two short marginal tears, there are scattered paperclip dents (no rust, nor any paperclips), covers are somewhat worn and handled and back cover has a crease-with-short-tear casually taped together, a good copy; laid in is a 7x4 photograph showing matron with Sunday school display, looks to be from the 1920s, photo slightly faded.

Wraps. pp. 36.,8vo,,Thee stitched pamphlets, lacking covers but otherwise complete,This Towne lecture was delivered October 25, 1853, in the Central Church, Worcester, Massachusetts. The second pamphlet is by Edwards A. Park and is titled: 'An Address in behalf of The Society for the Promotion of Collegiate and Theological Education at the West', delivered in Tremont Temple, Boston, May 25, 1850. It was published by Warren F. Draper, Andover, MA in 1851. The third pamphlet is by Rev. John L. Taylor, and is titled: 'An Address by [Rev. Taylor] at his inauguration as Smith Professor in the Special Course, Andover Theological Seminary, August 5, 1868 together with the Statutes and By-Laws of the Foundation'. It was also publishd by Draper, but in 1868. The last two pamphlets lack their covers, but are otherise complete and the stitched binding is intact. Now partially disbound but all pages present. Some age-toning, mainly to margins.
