This is the first edition of the novel by Erich Maria Ramarque , in German . Remarque's first novel "All Quiet on the Western Front " was a candid account of a soldiers life during the Great War to End War. This being the following novel that deals in the collapse of Germany in 1918 this book and along with Remarque 's other book were baned by the nazi's in 1933. This is a true first edition in the German Language , with an advertisment in the back of Remarque's other book " Im Beften Nichts Neues! " ( All Quiet on The Western Front).Plus two other authors books : Adrienne Thomas and Leonhard Frank. Condition : Fine , with very light bottom edge rubs with some aging , with no dust jacket. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
