Avon, CT: The Limited Edition's Club/Cardavon Press, 1975. #1543 out of 2000 Limited Editions, Signed and hand-numbered by Artist in green ink. Book planned by Robert L. Dothard and printed at the Stinehour Press in Lunenburg, Vermont. Beautiful green cloth and marbleized paper binding with gilt and black touches in black slip cover. Slip cover shows some wear (slight tears and nicks), but spine is fresh (with green and white tipped-in title and author). Book itself is pristine and crisp inside and out, with end-papers of maps. Lovely pale green illustrations throughout. . Limited to 2000 Copies. Hard Cover in Slip Case. Very Good/None. Illus. by R.J. Holden.
