Holden, signed on the limitation page by Holden. Condition of this book: Very good with minor smoky discoloration to edges and endpages (this book survived a fire), no smoke odor. Special Limited Edition, first issue in this format. Size: Quarto. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting.
