New York: E.P. Dutton & Co, 1953. Limited Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Bound in blue cloth with gilt decoration to spine. Illustrated throughout in black and white, with some colour plates. Some age darkening to pages. Signed by Mankowitz on the limitations page. Dustjacket shows wear to outer corners and to head and heel of spine panel, closed tears to lower left of front panel and lower right of rear panel.
