Price of $6.00 on the rear flap of the dust jacket. Edited by Herbert B. Nelson and Preston E. Onstad. Part of the series "Studies in History". Includes a type-written review for the Pacific Historical Review, dated 4/4/1966 by Oliver Knight. Oliver Knight's stamp is on the free front endpaper. Knight was a Professor of Journalism at the University of Wisconsin Madison, and wrote several historical academic journal articles during his career. Book shows several owner's annotations in highlighter and blue pen (though these may have been Knight's annotations); dust jacket is Near Fine with a bit of edge wear and age toning.
