About This Item

New York: Crown Publishers, Inc., 1968. First American Edition . Hardcover (with Dust Jacket). Very Good. 8vo (224 pages; illustrated with black and white photographs). This is a very good copy of the First American edition in an unclipped dust jacket. The jacket is lightly soiled and chipped along the edges; there are small pieces missing at the head of the spine wrapping around to the top edge of the back. A library bookplate is affixed to the front free endpaper; contents fine. Translated from the German edition. A journalistic expose of the men and women behind the weapons trafficking that supplies a large part of the world’s military forces with arms.
