Any purchased item received by the buyer that is unwanted, because it is a different title than what was expected, or because the description of the item is inaccurate, may be returned to Encore Books & Records for a refund of the purchase price of the item. In this case, the buyer is expected to pay the cost of shipping the item, both from Encore Books & Records to the buyer, and from the buyer to Encore Books & Records. Encore Books & Records provides biblio.com a matrix of shipping costs that can be viewed from the description of each individual item. These shipping costs are an approximation only, based on the cost of shipping an average paperback to a single location within each listed country. The exact shipping costs will be provided to the buyer only when the buyer confirms the sale of the item. The exact shipping costs may be higher than the approximate cost displayed, especially if the item is heavier than a mass-market paperback book.
