Written by De Garis for H.S.K Yamaguchi, whose presentation is on the flyleaf, signed in Japanese and English, "Katharine. A. Shapes | H.S.K. Yamaguchi | Fujiya Hotel. | Myanoshita | Japan.| 1st. Sep. 36." and with a small photo of himself. Paper wraps, covered with brocade, sewn in Japanese style, and with a paper label. In a cloth-covered folding case fastened with cords and bone pins.Cover of book slightly soiled on front, case little worn at corners and slightly unglued at interior spine, o/w a VG tight copy. A guide book for tourists, focusing on Japanese culture, published by a hotel catering to Westerners.
