This book is in good or better condition. There are no markings in the book. Cover, appears to be silk cloth with cloud design, shows very minor signs of shelf/edge wear. Sewn binding with uncut pages. Volume 1. 1936. First edition, third printing. Nice hardbound tri-fold slipcase with two slip clasps for closure with very minor sun fading. Ships within 24 hours.

Fujiya Hotel, Ltd, 1937. Soft cover. Good/No jacket. Includes sleeve. The cover is worn and tanned with the bottom corner edge of the front cover hinge being creased. Sting binding. The top and bottom edges of the text block is slightly tanned, visible on the page margins. The front end page leaf has ink signatures from the previous owners, but otherwise all other pages are clean and bright.

Printed on double pages of rice paper flecked with sparkly mica. Black and white illustrations with occasional spots of color. Corner of first blank page cut out.
