About This Item

Ex-library book has usual markings, stamps, stickers, writing, card holder. No DJ. Some bumping, rubbing on the top, spine, edges, corners. Outer edges have tanning, browning, stains and foxing. Emily Kimbrough and Cornelia Otis Skinner were asked to come to Hollywood to help write the script for the film version of their 1942 book "Our Hearts Were Young and Gay" This book tells the story of their experiences in the dizzying world of Hollywood of the 1940s, including meetings with movie stars. A very fun read. Delightful to any vintage film fan. 1943. U3.
