Hollywood: Paramount Pictures, 1967. Final Shooting script for the 1967 film. INSCRIBED by actor George Segal on the title page: "To Grayson / All Best Wishes."

Based on the 1964 novel by William Goldman. A serial killer with an obsession with his dead mother begins taunting the investigator in charge of his case.

Set in New York City, shot on location in Manhattan and the New York harbor.

Green untitled studio wrappers with a die-cut window in the British style. Title page present, dated June 13, 1967, noted as Final Shooting script, rubber-stamped copy No. 139, with credits for screenwriter John Gay and director Jack Smight. 146 leaves, with last page of text numbered 143. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, bound internally with two gold brads.
