London: Constable & Company, 1913. First Edition. Very Good. First edition, first printing. Signed by William Osler by initials and inscribed to Edith G. Wendell on the front free endpaper. Bound in publisher's original dark blue ribbed cloth lettered in gilt. Very Good with rubbing to cloth at extremities, bumping to edges, light soiling, pages tanned and occasionally foxed, several hinges slightly exposed.
