Wien: Springer-Verlag. Very Good+ in Very Good dust jacket. 1950. Zweite Auflage. Hardcover. Erster Band and Zweiter Band, uniformly bound in black cloth, gilt lettering to front cover and spine, illustrated, text in German. Matching cream dust jackets. Housed in matching unprinted chipboard slipcases. Heavy, extra for international postage.; 8" x 10-3/4" (20,3 x 27,3 cm); x, 478+vii, [479]-1072 pp; A nicely preserved set with few faults. Gilt a bit dulled, very little cover wear, solid hinges, pages are clean and unmarked. Jackets are soiled and lightly edgeworn. The jacket to Volume II has been misfolded at rear panel and has a faint crease across the front panel. The slipcases are lightly worn and toned. .
