Wraps are not bent or folded; spine is not creased or split; text is secure in binding. 160 pp 8vo oblong. The author's association with the ATSF began in 1937 to begin a 45 year long carer with the Santa Fe Railway. He started as stenographer to a transportation clerk and finished at the General Manager of the Eastern Lines. Along the way he met hundreds of interesting people, some with the railroad, some movie stars, some politicians, and some small-town newspapermen who rose to great heights. A clean very presentable copy.
