Illustrated with two seating charts [House and Senate], separate title page for the Business Directory includes ads for Morse's Telegraph, the Willard Hotel, several daguerreotype galleries, etc. Bound in 1/2 blue leather with matching blue cloth boards with gilt titles present to the spine. Boards have light wear present to the extremities of the boards. Heavy foxing present. No ownership marks present. Text is clean and free of marks. Binding tight and solid. E-028; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
