London: Goupil & Co , 1904. 1st Edition. Green Cloth. Very Good. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Type: Z 302pp. Numerous b/w plates from the Wallace Collection with supportive and explanatory text. Gilt embossed lettering and vignette to the front board and spine. Gilt upper fore edges. Light sunning to the periphery of the front board and spine. A light bump to the top edge of both the front and rear boards and to the head of the spine. Light rubbing to the head and tail of the spine with a slight nick to the cloth at the head of the spine. Slight soiling to the front fore edge and the front end paper. Slight foxing to the half title and title page. There is a small ink word 'catalogued' to the reverse of the front end paper. The book is clean and tight and is a very good copy.
